Description
Restaurant at Seattle is fast becoming a destination for Brighton diners. Airy and spacious, the floor to ceiling windows and conservatory make it fabulously light. While the gently swaying masts below make alfresco dining on our large terrace hard to resist.
Our chefs have a simple philosophy: make the most of the freshest produce available. So our menus are always changing and refreshingly local. As for what we call our food, we think of it as unpretentious modern British, which we interpret fairly liberally and present with simplicity. So you’ll find an intriguing mix of flavours. Along with a wine list that’s equally fun.
