La Cave a Fromage

La Cave à Fromage, London’s finest cheese is now at 34/35 Western Road, Hove. The Hove shop follows the hugely successful original La Cave founded by Eric Charriaux and Amnon Paldi in 2007 in South Kensington.

Eric and Amnon supply the top restaurants around the UK with cheese. La Cave à Fromage, Hove offers customers an unrivalled selection of farmhouse cheeses sourced from around Britain and Europe, with several cheeses made exclusively for them. The shop also offers top class charcuterie and an exclusive selection of condiments such as truffle honey and pomegranate infused balsamic vinegar. A superb range of artisan breads, patisserie and selected wines are also available at the store.

The shop includes a large and comfortable tasting space, where customers can sample platters of the cheese, meats and breads with matched wines.

Within the shop, La Cave hold fortnightly cheese tasting evenings. A bespoke buffet catering service is also available for private events, large and small.
