We wanted our guesthouse to reflect everything we liked about staying in Brighton. Guest in the City therefore takes the best bits of a traditional B&B - a relaxed, friendly service, a central location and of course a top-notch breakfast - and put them in modern, high-spec surroundings.

The result is a boutique feel without luxury prices. To us, that's what Brighton is all about - finding new things which surprise you and make you smile.

We have seven private bedrooms, situated in the heart of Kemptown, minutes from the centre of Brighton including The Lanes, 30 seconds from the beach and the world famous Brighton Pier.
