A different way to enjoy Spanish cuisine

We have just arrived in Brighton from aguadulce Almeria (southeast of spain) where we have had a successful restaurant for nine years opposite the beach.

In Brighton we have opened an authentic tapas bar and restaurant. The premises is divided into three, a bar area, restaurant area and a private function room for up to 25 people.

In the bar area you can enjoy an original tapa free with your glass of wine or lager, or just come in to have a coffee and home made desserts, or a soft drink.

In the restaurant area you can try our mediterranean cuisine which includes a great selection of tapas or fresh local fish & seafood e.g. soles, red mullet, oysters, mussels, scallops, native lobsters......also monkfish, john dory, brill, turbot...............our fish board changes continuously. We also have a good selection of meats and vegetarian dishes many with an andalucian touch.

We specialise in original Spanish paellas including our unique vegetarian paella
